Fall referrals for evaluation for Hanover County Public Schools gifted education will be accepted between September 16 and October 15 for middle school students.

Bell Creek Middle School has been selected to participate in a pilot by Hanover County Public Schools for the use of ParentSquare, a unified communications platform that is designed to keep families informed in a simple, accessible, and engaging way.

Applications for Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School will become available for current eighth grade students on October 9th. Students should see their school counselor to pick up application materials. Applications are due on December 1, 2023.

Bell Creek Middle School (BCMS) has been named as 2021-2023 National PTA School of Excellence. BCMS is one of just 242 schools and PTAs in the U.S. – and one of only 19 in Virginia – to achieve this prestigious status this year.
